About VISIONS
These limited edition photographs are part of a special architectural photography project for which Storefront has offered a select group of talented photographers the opportunity to work in the incredible 5 Beekman space just weeks before it undergoes radical transformation into a hotel.

About the Auction
Storefront for Art and Architecture’s Thirty Something auction will seize the opportunity offered by the tremendous 5 Beekman space to host an auction of works by handpicked artists whose work defies geographic, ideological and disciplinary boundaries to address the most important issues of our time.
Storefront’s Thirty Something silent auction will accept bids online until 11:59pm on February 28th, 2013 and will resume at the Gala from 6:30pm-9:00pm on March 1st, 2013.

About Storefront’s 30th Anniversary Gala
Storefront for Art and Architecture’s 30th Anniversary Gala will commemorate thirty years of Storefront by honoring Yona Friedman, Steven Holl and Mary Miss and by celebrating the contributions and legacies of influential leaders of the institution, artists and thinkers who have been a part of the organization since its founding. In addition to hosting the Thirty Something silent auction at the event, the Gala will feature cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and an immersive performance and installation commissioned by Storefront for the night. The event will take place on March 1, 2013 at 5 Beekman, a unique historic venue being developed by GB Lodging that Storefront guests will enjoy in its raw form before redevelopment begins.

Ticket reservation is required to attend the event. To purchase tickets, please see Storefront’s 30th Anniversary Gala page for more information or contact Zeynep Göksel at zg@storefrontnews.org or 212.431.5795.
